I have the same issue inside our big application, but unfortunately I am not able to reproduce it in a small demo app.

In my case, the Color properties of different stacked TRzGroupBoxes inside a RzPanel were affected. All below the panel had ParentColor=true before the Migration from Delphi 10.3 to 12.3
