I am unable to login to the new forums. Do I need to create a new login for the forums?
Yes, you will need to create a new login to post messages to the new forums. The old forum login information was not migrated to the new forums. Please note that you do not need to have a login to view forum posts.
How do I renew my CodeSite Studio subscription that I purchased from Embarcadero?
The simple answer is that you do not need to renew your subscription. Raize Software will switch to a subscription model for the next major release of CodeSite, but until then all CodeSite 5.x users are eligible to receive all future updates to the 5.x release.
How do I get the latest version of CodeSite Studio?
As with all of Raize Software’s products, to get the latest version of the software, simply use the original download instructions that you received from Raize Software when purchasing the product. If your original download instructions reference a link that starts with “http://www.raize.com/Downloads…” or if you no longer have your original download instructions or if did not purchase CodeSite 5 directly from Raize Software, please send an email message to sales@raize.com and request that the instructions be sent to you. Please include your name, company name (if applicable), and CodeSite serial number in your email.
Are the license keys/serial numbers that we received from Embarcadero still valid for new 5.x builds released by Raize Software?
Yes. All CodeSite 5 serial numbers from before and after the acquisition are still valid.

What happened to Raize Components?
Back in 2015 Embarcadero acquired Raize Components from us and rebranded the product as the Konopka Signature VCL Controls (KSVC). Initially they sold the product separately, but for the past several releases of RAD Studio, the components have been available for free through the GetIt Package Manager. Simply open the GetIt Package Manager from the Delphi or C++Builder Tools menu and search for “Konopka” to locate the installer. The component names, units, and packages are the same as they were in Raize Components, just the product name is different.
